Thank you for visiting and shopping at AlanCameron.Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Times

Some of my prints are fully complete and ready to post, others are in the process of the edition being complete. Please note that some editions may still be in production at the time of your purchase. As a result, processing times may vary.

  • Standard Processing Time: 5–10 business days

  • Extended Processing Time (for new or in-progress editions): Up to 3–4 weeks

  • You will be notified via email if your order falls under the extended processing timeframe.

We appreciate your patience—each piece is crafted with care to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (UK): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak times or due to postal service disruptions.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are not included in the price of the artwork or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Depending on size and quantity, your artwork may be shipped in a protective tube or flat-packed with archival materials.
